In-Person Senior Group Fitness Classes
Community and camaraderie are what we are about. This is no more important than in our seniors classes. Recognizing the power of strength training in an environment with others, we have two in-person classes where we work hard and cheer each other on. And, if you are so inclined, stick around at the end for a coffee and a chat.
Our two in-person senior fitness classes are a great means of improving strength, balance and mobility in a controlled way. Our classes are small and it is our attention to detail that sets us apart. We ensure that each participant is challenged in a safe and measured way. Seniors classes at The Brookdale Fitness Club are an ideal way to connect with others in the neighbourhood. Drop-in: $21 plus HST
10 pack: $200 plus HST
Virtual Senior Group Fitness Classes
Twice weekly for nearly three years, we meet by zoom and engage in a 45 minute full-body class from the comfort of your own home. Using weights, a chair and a towel we work on strength, mobility and balance. While we ensure your safety, we also make sure you are getting a good workout and we use our zoom connection to make real connections with other participants. A few stories, a little laughter and some good people. Could it get better?

Our small group fitness class that is designed specifically for older
adults. Gradually increase your strength, stamina and endurance safely under the supervision of a personal trainer certified in Senior Fitness. Any fitness level is welcome!
